High Intensity Training Session


$10.00 Personal Training Sessions every Thursday and Saturday from 10:00am to 10:25am, Fridays from 6:00am to 6:25am.
(10 person minimum - 20 person maximum)

Class consists of 25 minutes non-stop weight training and core exercise with no breaks! Pay as you go on a first come basis.

Boot Camp

Morning & Evening Sessions


Boot Camp can be considered a 45 minute weighted cardio session. Be ready to give 110% when you enter this class. You will not find a better workout than this. Lose body fat and tone every body part during the7 weeks.

Ron's Early Bird Advanced Boot Camp

Monday and Wednesday from 6:00am - 6:45am ~ $265


Rick's Evening Boot Camp

Monday and Wednesday from 6:00pm - 6:45pm ~ $265
